- Collect patient urine in a clean dry container
- Fill the sample cup with urine samples, up to the ridge
- Dip the white end of the strip into sample cup with arrows pointing down
- Allow strip to stand in sample for 25 minutes
- Read the result
Positive (Pos) Two lines indicate Malaria
Negative (Neg) One line indicate no malaria
Invalid (Inv) No lines appear. Repeat test using a new strip.
