For Oral use only; shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before measuring out a dose. Always use the measuring cup supplied with the medicine. Adults and teenagers aged 16 years and over should take one dose of 30ml every four hours as needed, up to four times a day. Do not take more than four doses in 24 hours.
